ASSUMPTION OF RISK I hereby, confirm and agree that: I am physically fit & mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved in participating. I have no medical condition that would prevent me from playing. (Please inform the Field Supervisor if you use an inhaer or any medical aid). I am fully aware of the risk to myself & others involved in paintballing & I will never under any circumstances deliberately shoot anyone in the face, head or neck. I am aware that the minimum destination between players to play is 5 meters. I will wear goggles & not remove them anywhere on site. I will comply with the rules & use of all equipment as instructed & not to injure or hurt others. I hereby, acknowledged my commitment to the full, and any cost or financial obligations related to the required medical assistance as a result of participation in the game of paintball, as well as all the equipment that been leased and received for the purposes of the game. I also understand I am financially responsible for the first entertainment company (loss or damage) of any of the equipment that has been (dispensed/ leased) and for any damage to the buildings or the company’s property I hereby, acknowledged that the company is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen or damaged within the property. I understand that the company reserves the right to examine any personal belongings bought with me to the field and I waive my right to use the photos taken in the play in any way for promotional purposes used by the company

• No paintball gun is allowed outside the playing field
• No physical contact between participants
• No use of offensive words
• Players with Upgraded Markers should always put the barrel cover when leaving the field
• No use for dropped and old paintball bullets in the ground
